Saturday, Sep 19th
Sail from Venice, Italy at 5pm (boarding is from noon to 3:30pm). Join us poolside for the sail away festivities and meet lots of other fun-loving singles!
Sunday, Sep 20th
From 7am to 3pm, visit Split, Croatia. Split is a busy port with numerous ferries operating to and from nearby islands. Venetian, Gothic and Renaissance houses and several medieval churches add architectural interest. A must-see is the old town within Diocletian's Palace.
Monday, Sep 21st
From 7am to 3pm, visit Corfu, Greece and tour vineyards and olive orchards that thrive amidst rocky mountains on this westernmost Greek isle. Horse-drawn carriages for hire lead tours of the Liston, a galleria of open-air cafes and alluring shops. Other excursions include a city tour and an island outing that explores the beaches and countryside.
Tuesday, Sep 22nd
From noon to 8pm experience Athens (Piraeus), Greece. Piraeus is the port to Athens -- the birthplace of Western civilization. The first stop on most excursions is the Parthenon on the hill of the Acropolis. A drive down Syngrou Avenue offers an impressive view of the Arch of Hadrian and the Temple of Olympian Zeus. The National Archeological Museum houses a rich collection of antiquities.
Wednesday, Sep 23rd
From 7am to 6pm, visit Mykonos, Greece. This little town with its windmills and brilliant whitewashed houses is a photographer's dream. Many visitors spend time wandering the winding streets, lounging on the beach or browsing the boutiques.
Thursday, Sep 24th
From 8am to 6pm, visit Olympia (Katakolon), Greece. From the small port of Katakolon on the Ionian Coast, it's a short 30-minute drive to Olympia, where ancient Greeks came to celebrate the games. At the ruins of the sanctuary at Olympia, visitors can see the temples of Zeus and Hera, the floor of the original stadium and the Council House where athletes took the Olympic oath. A museum has a unique collection of Greek sculpture, ancient pieces of armor and bronze figurines found during the excavations.
Friday, Sep 25th
Day at sea. Take part in exclusive singles activities and mingle with friends.
Saturday, Sep 26th
At 5am, the Splendor returns to Venice, Italy.
